Job DescriptionFinancial/Accounting Associate EntryJob Role:Routinely performs basic financial and accounting functions and various administrative tasks under direct supervision. Provides support through 1 or more of the following functions: data entry, reconciliation of accounts, processing of invoices / payments, customer service, clerical support, generation of metrics, research and resolution of issues and items of exception.Min Qualifications: Claims background; Basic knowledge of Microsoft office suite; Ten - Key by touch; Basic analytical abilities; Familiarity with basic financial/accounting concepts; Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time, view monitors for a prolonged period of time, perform moderate keyboarding and lift 20-30 lbsJob Duties: Setup Claim payment codes, pull check copies. Ensures internal systems are in working order and transactions are processed in a timely manner to meet service level agreements. Assists in documenting process maps and procedures for key processes.
