Job DescriptionSUMMARYProvides financial details to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports. Keys daily worksheets to the general ledger system, ensures files are complete and maintained as needed, handles accounts payable duties, and assists accounting personnel and bookkeepers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. · Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options· Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents· Provide billing support to managers if needed· Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account details and trends· Assist management and CPA with month-end and year-end reporting procedures· Assist management with the collection of former tenant balances· Ensure compliance of applicable laws by mailing of year-end tax documentation such as 1099 forms· Processing of payroll and reimbursements· Prepare and coordinate bank deposit activities· Compare
