Our client is currently seeking a Staff Accountant Direct-Hire Opportunity Kansas City, KS W2 ONLY JOB SUMMARYAssist in the preparation of monthly financial statements using generally accepted accounting principles. Prepare monthly journal entries. Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis. Assist auditors with interim and year end audits. Prepare routine reports in ms excel and Access for management. Respond to inquiries regarding financial activity providing analysis when necessary. Keep procedures up to date and current. Special projects as assigned.
