Advertising Coordinator (34729) - (Oak Brook, IL)

The Advertising Coordinator position is critical to our creative/production process. Working as part of an on-site team of Advertising Coordinators, this individual will be a key contact for all info to produce accurate retail content, meet required deadlines and provide final client proofs and files to printers. The Advertising Coordinator Team works closely with the Print, Merchandising and Advertising departments. This position is located at our client's site in Oak Brook, IL. This job is ideal for a applicant who possesses a high-level of customer service, expertise to troubleshoot complex processes, and meticulous proofreading expertise. Job responsibilities: - Understand and use Promotion Management software, including administering a complex database tool to place offers on circular pages for XML output to artists. - Assist in the creation and organization of extensive retailer versions of ads and track proof changes through design and print cycles.
