Screen Test Technician - (Hartland, WI)

Batteries Plus Bulbs is hiring for a Screen Test Technician to join our Device Repair Team! This individual will receive and test screen assemblies to meet quality standards and productivity requirements. An perfect candidate for this position would have a the expertise to work with small parts, have strong attention to detail and would be comfortable with a job where thier tasks can be repetitive in nature. Essential duties and responsibilities Receive screen assemblies through the warranty return process Perform visual and functionality tests to screen assembly components using defined processes Sort the components into "good," "damaged," and "defective" groupings Document all test data (functionality and defects) within controlled database Participate in the training of store associates through taking pictures and discussing test results Observe store associate device repair through live camera-based assessments Repair cell phones, tablets, and test devices as needed.
