Service Technician - (Monessen, PA)

We are looking for a Service Technician for a position based out of Monessen, PA. This position will involve at least 50% travel. Job assignments: - Availability for occasional after hours service calls - Provide technical service support for our various installations in North America - Perform required maintenance on equipment - Evaluate customer?s needs and conduct any necessary repairs with electrical, hydraulic and mechanical equipment onsite or in the workshop - Attend various training (various locations including Canada & Germany) and safety seminars - Perform commissioning of new pumps, control panels, and other equipment according to manufacturer's instructions - Answer phone calls for technical questions - Complete the necessary service reports and paperwork immediately following a service call - Obtain parts lists for customer?s requests according to manufacturer?s manual - Troubleshoot issues per customer?s requests, onsite or over the phone - Conduct service training to customers on new products
