Specific Duties and Critical functions Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle; watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards Respond to fire, medical and other emergencies Issue hot work permits and confined space permits, perform tank sniffs Conduct inspections per schedule Maintain fire protection systems, fire equipment, fire pumps/systems, and hydrants
