Sr Underwriter Fidelity and Crime, Management Liability - (Itasca, IL)

Job overview: Our Management Liability department is seeking a/an Fidelity & Crime Underwriter to join our growing team in our Chicago office. The Regional Underwriter will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key agents and brokers in the Central region in order to drive Fidelity & Crime new business production and key renewals in the region. Will also act as an internal relationship manager working with Hanover RVPs to develop and pipeline new Fidelity & Crime business with new target agents and brokers. This is a Full time, Exempt role. Job qualifications Responsibilities/Critical functions: Broad territory management accountabilities to include building a Sales Execution & Engagement strategy that builds submission flow and develops meaningful agency/broker relationships that increase market presence. Ensure Hanover is using capacity wisely to attain profit and growth goals for the region.
