Family Service Worker - (Great Falls, MT)

Overview: The Family Service Worker position in Conrad and 1 position in Cutbank will be responsible for assisting families and individuals to achieve self-sufficiency and higher standard of living through intervention. This will be coupled with coordinated and effective assessment, training, education, supportive services, and multi-resource utilization. This position will meet with clients and provide comprehensive services in order to help in achieving family stability, financial security and employability. The 2nd Family Service Worker position in Cutbank will be responsible for establishing positive relationships with families through parental education and home visiting. This position will meet with clients in their homes and provide comprehensive services in order to support families in building their parenting capacities.
