Lead Clinical Staff -Aiken - (Aiken, SC)

Serve in a non-residential capacity to coordinate clinical services and assist in best practices programming in a residential experiential/behavior modification program for non-violent juvenile offenders. this position is responsible for ensuring that case management, counseling, and Medicaid documentation services are provided. Develops: Develops, coordinates and implements an individualized plan for service and treatment of juveniles assigned to the center. Coordinates and/or provides training to facility staff on service provisions. The HSP works with the site director on interface with the Department of Juvenile Justice on matters relating to treatment. Prepare the Service Plan for each resident on his/her caseload, prepare the Service Plan Review, prepare the Discharge Plan while the resident is at Camp at the Discharge Summary after the resident has been discharged.
