Job ID: 19202 Job details: JOB OVERVIEW: Attend to the customer's needs, handle cash and product. Assume responsibility for customer service, store presentation and cash and key control in the Store Manager's absence or as assigned by the Store Manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Customer Service: * Greet customers, maintain an awareness, and then assist with the selection of product when requested or when customer need is apparent. * Have a thorough understanding of product availability, ingredients and nutritional info. Communicate this info to customers. * Answer the telephone within 3 (3) rings and in a friendly and helpful manner. * Responsible for customer service issues in the absence of the Store Manager or as assigned by the Store Manager. * Insure that customer service goals and standards are maintained and superior customer service is delivered at all times.
