Summary of ResponsibilitiesHandle all liability losses assigned, with the supervision and guidance of the manager. Research and determine coverage, conduct thorough investigations, evaluate damages and liability and negotiate claim settlements with insureds, claimants and attorneys. Other assignments include monitoring file activity with diary system, ensuring proper reserving, and participating in training activities.
