Job SummaryLoyalty360, the association for customer loyalty, is looking for an in-house Technical Writer to generate a wide array of reports, analyst briefs, technical assessments, and case studies in a clear, objective, and easily understandable language. In addition to reviewing marketing technology and customer loyalty platforms to create technical documents, this potion will work with brands, marketers, and vendor technology providers that specialize in customer background, customer, channel, and brand loyalty as well as with other marketing technology suppliers (MarTech) across the analytics, mobile, and behavioral science industries.
