Job ID: 00063841 The HR Services Analyst – Knowledge Management position is responsible for capturing, organizing, and sharing knowledge across the CCNAG HR Shared Services Center, which consists of approx 200+ associates, both new hires and veteran associates, across the spectrum of HR shared services functions, including: Business Relationship Management, Payroll Operations, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Employee Master Data, Organization Management, Talent Acquisition Services, HR Customer Service, and Enabling Functions. Knowledge assets may include: databases, documents, policies, procedures, business processes, and training content. This position will focus on the full knowledge management life cycle, from Create through Assess/Evaluate, aimed at enhancing the competence and performance of HR Shared Services associates.
