Palletizer Forklift Operator Duties and responsibilities to perform for this function: - Responsible for all operations of palletizer to include clearing all of the machine errors during production run. - Assist in new employee training - Responsible of the daily check on the forklift to identify any maintenance needs and safety issues - Responsible for stocking the production lines with cardboard, film, glue, and any other items requesting by shift leader - Record all quality control made during the shift on specific forms and give them back to QC inspectors daily - Report to Q.C. inspectors any issue which can affect the quality of the finished product - Maintain clean and safe all the specific area: free of any debris, defective product during a production run. Fix damaged pallets, or pallets not stacked properly - Responsible of the cleaning after each shift of his area - Responsible for returning all materials unused after a change over to its proper location with a proper
