And you'll do your life's best work.(sm) This position is a critical function within Medicare and Retirement Marketing as it is the execution arm for all consumer outreach that includes: Direct Mail, Email, Outbound Calls, Web Visits and Real-Time Offer Management. This position is responsible for data management in support of programs such as Member Outreach, CMS STARS Ratings, Member Retention Communications, Member Plan Migrations and Acquisition marketing. The Development and Data Health (DDH) Consultant is responsible for all aspects of data management activities for the Consumer Marketing database. These activities include: managing data acquisition, database enhancement and system development projects.
