VICE PRESIDENT FOR STUDENT AFFAIRS Vice President for Student Affairs Job overview To provide a vision, leadership, and administration for the departments of Admissions and Enrollment Development, Records, Retention Services, Disability Services, Financial Aid, Student Tutoring, Counseling and Testing, International Education, Student Success Center, and Athletics. Typical Duties and Responsibilities --- The expertise to use student development theory to create a vision for student affairs at WSCC which implements the College Strategic Plan. --- The expertise to work collaboratively with others throughout the institution to implement the strategic plan. --- Develop and evaluate measures for assigned departments. --- Develop programs and referral services that enhance student success, achievement of educational objectives and retention.
