Hours are TBD as necessary to ensure The Pinnacle is held in the highest regard by the public and tenants. Act as the daily face of The Pinnacle. Dress and groom in a professional manner. Duties include and are not limited to: Trash removal General maintenance and inventory of signage, lighting, equipment, etc. Pressure washing Returning shopping carts Daily and monthly reports and inspections Parking lot monitoring Window and window frame cleaning Event set ups and tear downs *these position duties is a general guide and is subject to revisions* Personal report to The Pinnacle Property Manager.
