Supportive Housing Program Coordinator - (Sylmar, CA)

SUMMARY : The Program Coordinator (PC) works with the ARC Supportive Housing team to help develop and maintain the programming component of the ARC Supportive Housing Initiative. The PC oversees day to day operations of the ARC Supportive Housing Program and staff who provide general support, education, outreach, life skills, and referrals to members. ARC Supportive Housing life skills and member care is a shared responsibility with the Resident Advisor(s), Life Coach(s) and community partners enlisted to complete the holistic approach to supporting residents and their success in the program. DUTIES: Primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Direct day-to-day operations and staff schedules; conduct weekly team meetings; supervise, and manage staff; monitor expenditures. Oversee program implementation, member support groups and group meetings coordinated by the collective staff. Maintain compliance of site-specific programs to meet grant funding requirements.
