Charleston office of our client seeks corporate and litigation attorney with 1-three years of background. The applicant should have background in drafting documents regarding closely held company structures (partnerships, corporations, LP, LLC) corporate governance issues, buy-sell agreements, merger and acquisitions, and shareholder agreements. Must have knowledge of federal and SC tax laws. Must be admitted to practice in SC.
