Litigation and Real Estate/Transactional Paralegals Needed - (Springfield, MO)

The law firm of Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown, P.C is seeking 2 experienced Paralegals. Real Estate/Transactional Paralegal . Must have 3+ years real estate background, strong management expertise, take initiative, be detail oriented and have extensive knowledge of Ms word. Duties to include: Providing support services to attorneys in the handling of commercial and 1031 real estate closings. (purchase and sale agreement to closing and post-closing). Reviewing of title insurance commitments/policies and associated qualifications/exceptions (Owner/Lender), lien searches, survey reviews, purchase and sale agreements, deeds, deeds of trust, easements, promissory notes and other loan documents, bills of sale, and other documents relative to real estate transactions. Reviewing of Chain of titles/legal descriptions. Preparation of conveyance documents, title curative documents, loan documentation, disbursements and closing binders.
