Relevant recent hospital background with knowledge of current practice standards. Strong Technical skills. Effective verbal and writing skills. Demonstrated problem identification and analytical abilities. Expertise to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with all levels of associates and medical staff. Strong expertise to analyze needs, develop logic, design, implement and utilize patient fees tools. Expertise to work efficiently under aggressive deadlines and schedules with little supervision. Current expertise of The Joint Commission and other regulatory body standards, project management and performance improvement methodology preferred.
