Job DescriptionWe are a growing, high volume RE Investment company and we are Hiring for the position of Rehab Division Manager. We're hiring ONLY for someone looking for a longterm career and growth with our team, not someone looking for just another job. The position mixes Rehab Scope Creator (Estimator) with the following traits/roles all stuffed into 1 person. The easiest way to say it: You will be responsible for overseeing the rehab from cradle to grave. You'll see it the day we lock it up to inspect it and ensure we're getting into a safe purchase, and you'll see it all the way through to completion and sale on the MLS once it's fully rehabbed. You'll work directly under Tony, our current Rehab Manager as he steps into another role.
