Overview: iCIMS, Inc. seeks Manager, Quality Assurance COE (Matawan, NJ): Ensure quality, integrity & performance of iCIMS Candidate Tracking System. Manage a team of QA engineers for SaaS platform. Implement Center of Excellence practices across Technology organization, and investigate and recommend new systems and/or enhancements for efficiency. Lead Performance and Security testing. Ensures the proper process and resolution of trouble tickets in collaboration with R&D. Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Details Technology, Engineering, or related technical field, and three years of QA background managing a team; or a Bachelor’s and five years background in these fields. Background must include: developing automation frameworks including Selenium, WebDriver, Cactus; Java; project management; Agile/SCRUM SDLC.
