Responsibilities Primary poiint of contact for all Compliance matters at the firm; oversight of implementing compliance program, handling risk assessements and testing, as well as responsible for overal revision and updating the firm's policies. Manages regulatory filings, ADV forms, code of ethics, regulatory exams, and advisory capacitiy for business lines Requirements J.D is preferred Previous Hedge Fund and Private Equity Compliance background is required.
