Bank Teller Supervisor - (Fairfield, CT)

Bankwell Bank, a Connecticut state commercial bank location in Fairfield and New Haven Counties with banking and loan production locations in New Canaan, Fairfield, Stamford, Bridgeport, Wilton, Hamden, and North Haven and a strong record of grwoth and opportunity for professional development, is seeking an experienced bank teller supervisor for our New Canaan location. You must have at least four years of banking background with a min of two years as teller supervisor. We are looking for a fast paced leader with proven management expertise and detailed knowledge of teller operations and compliance. Applicant should have excellent communication abilities and enjoy working with customers. Assignments include assisting customers with a variety of banking transactions, handling large amounts of cash, and acting as a back-up to our Customer Service area.
