Bilingual Project Coordinator/ Office Coordinator - (Denver, CO)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a multi-lingual, (Spanish & English) full time Project Coordinator and Accounting Assistant to join our team! You will coordinate all aspects of front office operations, report to the owner, and are responsible for providing administrative support to all areas of the business and responding to all prospect and client inquiries. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication abilities, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. You will have the expertise to be a part of a wide variety of projects, as such attention to detail is critical.
