Must demonstrate the desire to serve customers in a friendly manner and be able to provide strict guidance and direction to student workers. Some background in retail and serving the buying public is preferred. Tim Main — Greenhouse Operations Supervisor To provide a friendly atmosphere for all who come thru the door, whether it be customers, staff, students, etc. Manages the storefront on weekdays and on weekends when necessary. Manages the movement and staging of products for sale that are priced, stocked and stored appropriately. Must demonstrate sensitivity to our service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and needs. Basic Responsibilities I. Ensure that all visitors and customers of the Greenhouse have a pleasant and positive background.
