Director of Programs Non-Profit - (Hartford, CT)

The Director of Programs will lead the development and management of programs that support workforce development and positive youth development. Plan and implement events that promote YWCA---s mission including financial literacy, advocacy and social justice Direct the ongoing management and implementation of Young Women---s Leadership Corps and YW Career Women programs and their intended, measurable outcomes. Ensure YWCA Hartford Region---s mission, intended impact and theory of change are each fully integrated into all facets of these programs. Establish, implement, monitor and achieve annual, detailed, written business plans --- including specific goals, budgets, performance management, evaluation and outcome measures for each program. Work with management, community leaders, collaborators, funders and staff to develop program and service initiatives that drive positive outcomes for specific populations with program innovations or new programs.
