Contract Drummer - (Spartanburg, SC)

Position title: Contract Drummer Location: Spartanburg, SC 29302 Contract Length: 11+ months Under the supervision of Shift Supervisor, and the Team Leader, the contingent drummer helps perform drumming and material movement operations. Operates valves, hooks up hoses, etc., to complete the drumming operation including labelling of drums Puts liquid chemical in drums and stages drums for future drumming. Operates forklift truck, drum truck. Notifies shift supervisor or team leader of any unusual situation that may require attention. Keeps assigned equipment and work area clean and orderly. Completes a daily housekeeping area. Practices safety at all times. Follows Clients's safety rules and promotes their observance in the performance of position assignments.. Conducts visual inspection of all drumming equipment to determine status before operating. Helps production operators clean pumps and process lines to avoid product contamination while drumming.
