Position: WVPE Senior Reporter and Assignment Editor Location: WVPE Radio Elkhart Area Career Center Schedule: 8 hours per day; twelve months. Expiration: This posting will expire when filled. Qualification: A min of 3 yrs of full time experience in radio news with a broad experience and knowledge of public radio journalism, audio storytelling and audio production. Demonstrated NPR quality writing, reporting, announcing and production skills. Conversational on-air delivery and knowledge of, or desire to learn, best practices in board operator skills. Team member with willingness to train others. Computer literacy. Knowledge of appropriate digital editing programs and file sharing options. Motivated and positive personality.
