Job DescriptionWe are a quickly growing company searching for an accountant who will be able manage the accounting responsibilities of multiple companies.The ideal candidate for this position will:Have a good deal of background with ERP systems (preferably, Microsoft Dynamics SL)Be able to adapt to a quickly changing environmentBe EXTREMELY PROFICIENT in Microsoft word and ExcelBe willing to grow as the business growsAccounting activities include:Maintain general and subsidiary ledgersPrepare financial statementsCalculate accruals/amortizationsFixed asset control and depreciationPreparation of all tax reports such as property, sales and use, corporate and income taxClose company books on a monthly/annual basisGenerate invoices as part of the monthly closingsGenerate weekly financials reports for managementAccounting knowledge required:Verifying balance sheet and p/l statementsCash flow projectionsReceivables forecastingPayables managementCost accountingProduct pricingERP systemResponsibilities:Has expertise
