Team Lead Finance- Kennewick, WA - (Washington, IN)

Job details: Your team manages all open receivables, resolving transactions when they occur, without aging. You monitor and minimize risk and bad debt. You're an innovator and change agent who learns what we do today and why, then partners with internal and external customers to drive improved policies, procedures, processes and informational reporting. Position assignments: * Receivables are current - team quickly resolves open customer transactions including invoices, deductions, credits and cash over payments * Mitigate risk through: * Monitoring credit resources and open communication with corporate credit * Customer and order hold management * Aging review and feedback from team * Provide immediate risk feedback to Finance Manager * Provide weekly and monthly receivables reporting to Finance Manager * Gain understanding of current systems and processes then work with team and other departments to design and implement improved policies, processes
