Hatchery Maintenance Supervisor - (Princess Anne, MD)

Job RequirementsMust be able to stand on concrete surfaces for long periods of time (9-12 hours). Must be able to exert up to 60 lbs of force occasionally and up to 40lbs of force frequently. Must be able to perform strenuous work in a dusty and wet environment with temperatures ranging from 28 to 100 degrees. Must be able to climb ladders as well as bend, kneel, and reach overhead.Necessary SkillsSuccessful applicants must have at least 2yrs of maintenance supervisory background, proven leadership skills, effective communication, and people skills with the drive to be successful. Applicant must have ability in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and welding. Must be able to work flexible scheduling, holidays, and weekends. Must have the ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English. Must have technical skills as well as background with Microsoft excel and other Microsoft applications.
