Assistant Grocery Manager - (Jackson, WY)

We are a quickly growing natural, organic, and specialty grocer based in Boulder, CO. All positions at Lucky's Market are required to execute their daily job duties in addition to focusing on sales and customer service. It is the expectation of each employee to maintain a positive attitude and a willingness to be a team member. The Assistant Grocery Manager is responsible for managing and developing all aspects of the Grocery Department in the absence of the Grocery Manager. They are required to assist customers as needed and maintain a friendly, energetic demeanor. This job requires adhering to all procedural guidelines set by the Grocery Department. Essential Duties Responsibilities Assists in monitoring and controlling all costs and expenses; includes maintaining proper ordering and inventory control, ensuring proper weighing procedures, controlling shrink, and monitoring ad displays. Assists in managing the Department staff including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching.
