Order Picker - (Glendale Heights, IL)

Position: first Shift Order Picker Needed ASAP! Location: Glendale Heights, Illinois Reports To: Manufacturing Manager Department: Shipping & Handling PrideStaff is currently seeking Order Pickers for a well known and respected company located in Glendale Heights, Illinois Starting pay is $12.50 per hour with insurance, overtime, and a raise at hire-on! first Shift will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM hours. Responsibilities & Duties: Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Use of Sit-Down and Cherry Picker Prepares package for shipping. Prepare UPS and Fed Ex bills of lading either manually or through website interface. Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with Procurement to rectify damages and shortages. Routes items to departments. Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications. Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
