The Terminal Manager will have full operational responsibility for the terminal operations, assure a safe operation of all vehicles and develop a safety-1st culture in the terminal. Responsibilities: Responsible for all of the daily terminal workings and financial aspects of the operation. Development of the operations team; new and existing employees. Identify growth opportunities within our current customer base. Assist with random customer audits insuring the continued profitability of the company. Maintain high levels of on-time service, meeting or exceeding our customer's expectations. Develop external relationships with shippers and brokers to minimize deadhead miles.
