Construction/Maintenance Project Manager I - (Fairfax, VA)

Manages the compliance and enforcement program for all privately-maintained stormwater management facilities in Fairfax County. Communicates with owners regarding enforcement status of facilities in need of maintenance. Initiate contact with a variety of property owners and coordinate site visits, inspections and other meetings as necessary. Works with the Land Development Services Code Development and Compliance Division to pursue enforcement of maintenance where necessary. Establishes and maintains working relationships with property owners, community members, contracted personnel and other governmental agencies. Provides complete project management and contract negotiation of assigned stormwater management, major maintenance, facility rehabilitation and water quality projects.Under general supervision, independently performs the full performance level of planning, construction and maintenance project management work.
