We invite new graduate registered nurses to apply for a uniqueopportunity to be given didactic and clinical training in for ourMedical/Surgical, Telemetry or ICU units. JohnRandolph Medical Center and Health Trust have partnered together to providethis fourteen week program that will allownew graduates to obtain specific background through an intensive internshipprogram. After the completion of theprogram you will transition to staff roles within the nursing departments of John Randolph Medical Center TheStaRN Program is primarily designed to provide the new RN with the toolsnecessary to succeed in today’s hospital environment. Theprogram is seven weeks of classroomtraining and seven weeks in a clinicalpreceptorship Yourtraining will include basic EKG, ACLS, ECCO high-level simulation lab andsystems based lectures
