Data Analyst - (Torrington, CT)

JOB DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE The primary mission of The Charlotte Hungerford Hospital (CHH) is to provide access to quality, compassionate, affordable healthcare for the people of Northwestern Connecticut, through sound resource management. The incumbent is responsible for working with various departments, management, and senior staff to determine their reporting and analytic needs, provide data quality oversight, design and build business performance reports, and assist in the development and maintenance of a centralized reporting database structure and corresponding data warehouse, data storage devices and data archives. This includes writing queries and developing reports from various sources using a variety of database and reporting tools such as MS SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Ms excel, NPR, etc., and integrating numerous data sources from a variety of applications and systems as well as development of program scripts using hospital standard scripting languages.
