Product Cell Leader II (Production Supervisor) - second Shift PCA (Parts Control Area - inventory, shipping/receiving) OBJECTIVE Responsible for complete supervision and operation of the Parts Control Area (PCA - inventory, shipping, receiving) on two nd shift, under the direction of the Materials Manager. Direct activities of all personnel within assigned area. RESPONSIBILITY Continuous Improvement Efforts Within area of supervision, make recommendations for continuous improvement to reduce costs of our product, while meeting and exceeding customer expectations in quality. Maintain a collaborative working atmosphere with all other supervisors and departments. Personnel Management Approve overtime on an as needed basis. Direct and train manpower to meet production schedules, while attaining an efficient hour/standard/hour and maintaining and improving overall quality of the product.
