Licensing & Appointment Rep - (Spring, TX)

Department: Licensing Team Job title: Licensing & Appointment Rep Reports to: New Business & Licensing Manager Essential Job Function: The Licensing & Appointment Representatives are responsible for a vital component of our overall process by making sure our field agents have all licensing and appointment items complete and are in good order to write business. The L&A Representative submits all required completed agent paperwork to the carriers on our platform along with process follow ups, confirm and advise necessary training and update all system data. Confirmation of in-good-order" state licensing, carrier appointment, state training course completion, carrier course completion, suitability training course completion are all under the L&A teams duties. Communication with marketing consultants, field agents and carriers will be a frequent task to make sure all these items are completed and tracked. Main responsibilities:
