Life Care Center of Pueblo and Canon Lodge Full time position available (EOE/M/F/V/D) This management position is 100% administrative and manages the rehab program at Life Care Center of Pueblo (187 beds) AND Canon Lodge in Canon City (60 beds). Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, Life Care Center of Pueblos in-house rehabilitation team uses state-of-the-art rehab equipment such as the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill. Our caregivers provide the highest levels of care to skilled nursing residents, short term rehabilitation patients and post-operative recovery patients. Caon Lodge Care Center, a Life Care Centers of America facility, features an on-site physician, offering faster, more convenient patient and resident care. We also feature Alzheimers and dementia care, VitalStim therapy and weekly reflexologist visits. Our in-house rehabilitation staff offers inpatient rehab and Caon Rehab at TLC provides outpatient rehab clinic services.
