Job description: The Product Support Desk Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing a support desk analyst team in providing technical assistance and support to related railway systems. This position will provide direction and supervision to the 24x7x365 support desk analysts and data analysts. The applicant will be accountable to the company and our customers to meet service level agreement response times and metrics in a professional manner and oversee/track escalations to the next level of support as needed.
