JOB DETAILS The Allen Tate Company has an opening for a Branch Leader for our office located in Easley, South Carolina. Summary: This position manages all aspects of an Allen Tate branch sales office. Accountable for financial performance, client satisfaction, staff and agent satisfaction, and branch policies and procedures by successfully performing the 8 critical success factors. Ensures the branch adheres to policies, objectives and practices of the company. Essential Job Functions: ? Meet or exceed the 8 critical success factors: o Outperform the market. o Grow Market Share in accordance with branch goals. o Retain 95% of the branches sales force producing in excess of $2 million. o Positive Net Recruiting for the year. o Meet or Exceed Branch goals for Allen Tate Mortgage. o Meet or Exceed Branch goals for Allen Tate Insurance o Meet or exceed Branch goals for Outgoing Referrals sent. o Meet or exceed Branch goals for Home Trust Warranty.
