Nutrition & Labeling Regulatory Compliance Specialist - (Shepherdsville, KY)

Position summary The Nutrition & Labeling Regulatory Compliance Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert and is responsible for ensuring that product labels are in compliance with company policy and local, state and federal regulations. The individual in this role will develop, validate, and maintain food and dietary product label statements to ensure that such statements correctly represent the product and are in full compliance with applicable regulations to minimize risk of potential product related litigation. Nutrition & Labeling Regulatory Compliance Specialist Responsibilities: * Serve as the subject matter expert in all aspects of product labeling & compliance including, but not limited to, regulatory directives on nutrition and ingredients. * Leading the review of labeling and marketing material for compliance with FDA, FTC and other Federal and State qualifications
