Branch Customer Service Manager- Carson, NV - (Carson City, NV)

Position has responsibility for daily branch operations, including sales coaching and management of non-exempt personnel. Reviews work schedules and ensures adequate coverage. Responsible for keeping branch in compliance with all bank policies and procedures prepares branch for internal audits. Monitors branch service levels and coaches staff to achieve appropriate levels. Responds to more complex customer complaints an questions. Opens and/or closes branch. Communicates and manages promotional campaigns and product initiatives. Other duties as assigned.
