HR Generalist - (Dover, DE)

Aerotek is actively searching for a professional and reliable individual to work as an HR Generalist for 1 our leading clients in the Dover Delaware Region. This role requires 80% travel time via company vehicle. Potential applicant must have 3-ten years of background working within Human Resources, a 4 Yr Degree, and background with handling employee relations. This opportunity is offering permanent placement if an offer is extended. Additional requirements are as follows: Must have: -4 yr degree -3-ten years exp in HR -Employee relations background -Strong written/spoken communication Day to day: This person will serve as the HR Generalist but also acts as an HR business partner. They will do a variety of duties including: performance reviews, aid in interviewing process, investigations, helping with new hire orientations.
