Technical Support Specialist (Chemicals) - (Pleasanton, TX)

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist with a chemical or engineering experience in the San Antonio area. Our client is a world leader in in specialty chemicals, is looking to grow their oil services products. In this role you will help to develop and support the business units products as well as take on responsibility for designing, executing and evaluating wellsite operations. Your day to day duties will include: Primary responsibilities: Technical Support Perform chemical application tests and analysis at customer sites and provide recommendations Introduce products to customers through technical discussion Troubleshoot in a timely and efficient manner customer complaints and/or concerns Sales Support Participate in sales and technical staff meetings with customers and colleagues Work with District, Account Area Managers in preparing chemical application value proposition for bids Internal Support
