Assembler - (MacHesney Park, IL)

We are looking for an experienced mechanical assembler who is familiar with blueprints and working with intricate parts. This is a second shift position that could move to third shift, applicant must be available to work either shift. Job summary: Performs routine and repetitive work to pick, wash and inspect machined and purchased parts, including fasteners and seals, to arrange them for detailing and final assembly of wide variety and sizes of accumulators and accessories. Responsibilities: The employee will perform these functions while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency. The duties will include but not be limited to the following: Performs deburring, detailing, assembly and test of accumulators. Assists with detailing and assembly of standard, special and custom accumulators. Performs duties to complete and file inspection and test reports. Maintains all tools and assembly equipment and report any malfunctions.
